• may be updated or removed in later editions based on updated information, criteria, or review outcomes.

6. User Submissions (Nominations, Corrections, Messages)

If you submit information through the Site (including nominations, corrections, comments, or contact requests) ("Submissions"):

• You represent that your Submission is truthful to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to submit it.
• You agree not to submit confidential patient information, medical records, or any sensitive personal data about yourself or others.
• You grant DoctorsDoctor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display your Submission for operating, improving, and promoting the Site and our awards process, subject to our Privacy Policy.
• You understand that we may (but are not required to) review, edit, or remove Submissions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• use the Site for unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or misleading purposes;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation;
• scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means to access the Site without our written permission;
