After years of observing pay-to-play models dominate physician awards and acknowledgements, Aaron partnered with a small team of surgeons who shared his frustration. Together, they set out to build something different: a system where inclusion is earned through peer recognition, clinical excellence, and professional contribution.

DoctorsDoctor is the result: a curated index of surgeons built from nominations by the physicians who know them best, their colleagues. There are no fees, no applications, and no way to buy a listing.
